Toby Bassford

Founder & Managing Director

It’s Toby’s personal mission to ensure that teams and organisations always reach peak performance. He is the Group Managing Director with a primary focus on ensuring outstanding client delivery and the most up to date working practice and client services. Toby’s engaging, purpose driven approach and exceptional standards ensure that he always supports and challenges people and teams to be more and do more. His skills are reflected in his extensive experience operating at executive level in global business, and being a trusted partner to many executives at FTSE 100 companies in recognised international industries. For Toby, everyone deserves the chance to be in an extraordinary team where they get the satisfaction of being their best and doing their best work.

Russell Soden

Director

Russell has over 30 years international business experience in brands marketing, business development and manufacturing within the food, beverage, hospitality, agency, financial and pharmaceutical sectors. Starting his career in FMCG marketing, Russell worked on major TV advertising brands including Miller Lite, John Smiths and Kronenberg. He has held senior management positions in the Corporate, SME and within self owned business. He is responsible for Tillon's business development, alongside running Executive Coaching engagement and delivering strategic client programme initiatives.

Anna Bolinger

Senior Consultant

Anna brings with her over a decade of organisational experience running and leading diverse teams in the Tech and Third Sector both in the UK and over-seas. She is an advocate for EDI and passionate about seeing more women excel in leadership positions.

Jeremy Suddards

Director

Jeremy has over 30 years of experience in the Technology sector, most recently serving as CEO and Executive Director of a UK PLC SaaS business. He has led large teams in global corporations and spent his early career in smaller private UK firms. He has extensive experience working with clients in various industries, including Financial Services, Telecom, Media & Technology and Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods. Jeremy is skilled at helping businesses clarify their vision, set ambitious strategic goals while managing the communication and people agenda to achieve lasting commercial success. At Tillon Jeremy will lead our business development into the growing Technology sector and provide strategic consulting services to improve leadership and growth strategies with the wider Tillon client base.

Terry O'Regan

Advisory Board

Terry is a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Executive with a proven track record in delivering exceptional results across numerous businesses and geographies including the USA, UK, Europe, and international markets. He has a strong track record of high performance with best-in-class product launch results across various therapeutic areas, including regulatory approval for broad licence indications including the first rare disease drug to be approved by NICE & NHS England for its full licence in 12 years since the introduction of the NHS reforms. Currently still operating as the President of Brains, he is critical to helping inform and shape the approach we take to delivering high quality solutions to this industry.

Dale is the founder and CEO of DRPG. Today DRPG is recognised as one of the leading integrated, full service presentation and communication groups, winning agency of the year multiple times. The DRPG team comprises of over 400 specialists across seven locations in Worcestershire, London, Manchester, Germany, and the USA. Dale brings this experience to help shape the way we think creatively about growing the business, and designing value propositions that delight clients.
